1. Arbi zubaan pe uboor hona chahiye (Quranic aur Hadees wali Arabi) (Grammar, Arbi adab, Quran ki tafseer pe uboor ho means maharat ho)
2. Hadees pe maharat ho
3. Fuqha ke quran wa hadees ke masael ko padhe ho

Sarf aur Naho pe maharat haasil ho

1. Practice A'alim
2. Do practice minimum for 10 years and become mufti
